Top Ten Sights in Vancouver, British Columbia

Vancouver is a beautiful and thriving city situated on the ocean in beautiful British Columbia. There are many things to see and do in the city, but for those with a time-line here is a list of the Top Ten Sights you must make time to see. Have Fun!

Vancouver Aquarium - is located in the ever popular Stanley Park. It has plenty to see and there are regularly scheduled shows for visitors. This is a great place to take the family!

Stanley Park - is very well known within the city of Vancouver. The scenery is breathtaking especially on a nice sunny day. The Park and the Sea Wall are two must-see's for any visitor in Vancouver. It is also a hotspot for many locals especially during the summer months.

English Bay - is made up of a beautiful beach located at the end of Denman Street. It is a very popular spot in the summer months and a great place if you just enjoy people-watching. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes on Denman Street.

Robson Street - is one of the most popular shopping areas in Vancouver, and is always lined with people. The street itself is made up various boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. There is always something happening on Robson Street, so even if you're just out for a walk you'll be entertained.

GM Place - this is home to the Vancouver Canucks of the NHL, and for that reason alone is often a very popular place to visit for many. It is also used for concerts from time-to-time.

Science World - is an extremely interactive facility suited for various ages. It has many different science related topics and something for everyone to engage in. This is also a popular spot for families to visit.

Capilano Suspension Bridge - is a great place for those wanting to enjoy the natural surroundings of Vancouver. Below the bridge is the Capilano River and the surrounding area is one of unique beauty and one that will produce breath-taking photos.

Granville Island - This is a vibrant and popular part of Vancouver with lots of craft and artist shops, and many street entertainers. It's popular for those just wanting to sight-see or sit down to a relaxing meal. Even more fun is when you can take the small walk-on ferry over.

West End - is a great place if you're looking for a nice meal or a casual meal. There are plenty of coffee shops and cafe's as well. It is often s a very popular breakfast spot on the weekends. English Bay is located just at the end of Denman Street if you want to enjoy some Beach time after your meal.
