- Get Organized Now. Written by Maria Garcia, an expert in marketing, management and getting organized, who runs a site for organizing households and businesses. It's visited by more than a million people a year, worldwide and has available a free newsletter about getting organized. Her blog is a connection to an organizing world of everything, including tips, recipes, ideas, checklists, articles, courses, slideshows, clinics, and forums.

- OrganizedChristmas.Com. Written by Cynthia Townley Ewer, this blog holds you by the hand and leads you down a path to getting organized for Christmas. Complete with a countdown and a checklist, OrganizedChristmas makes sure that you can enjoy your holiday, and relax with friends and family instead of running around cleaning, wrapping, and last-minute shopping. The tools available to help you get organized are second to none, and all available for free. I used her getting organized for Christmas program with great success last year - it was the most peaceful holiday we've ever had, complete with a cookie exchange party, a budget and creative gifts for all.

- Christmas Organizing. A little less substantive than OrganizedChristmas.Com, it is also less overwhelming. There are some nice forums, countdowns, and excellent advice on getting organized in your life, home and for the holiday season.
-
- OrganizedHome.Com. Also written by Cynthia Townley Ewer, this "getting organized" site is well-organized and overflowing with free tools you can use at home, and free advice. Particularly useful is Cynthia's notions for organizing things you didn't even know needed organization. I now try to keep a freezer inventory to help plan with dinners, and while keeping it updated isn't always my strong suit, it has definitely helped me to get organized and it saved money while doing so.

- FlyLady.Net. The FlyLady, or Marla Cilley, has a great system and helps lots of people with step-by-step routines to get their homes and their lives in order. The website itself is cluttered - ironic, considering what a wonderful job FlyLady does at getting you to declutter your home. But hey. You can find what you need with a little searching, and not everybody can be a graphic designer. Plus, FlyLady would be the first person to point out that getting organized requires that you give up your perfectionism. Criticized early on for a relentlessly religiosity, FlyLady has toned it down in recent years. FlyLady is informative, inspiring, and almost always right when it comes to getting organized. Some people are turned off by the fact that she seems to think she's always right, but don't let that scare you away. There's a lot of good stuff to keep your family healthy and organized here. If you're serious about getting organized, this is the site for you.
-
- Sidetracked Home Executives. This organizational system is what the FlyLady used for inspiration. But FlyLady has clearly taken the system and done more with it than its originators. The Sidetracked Home Executives site is mostly a sales site. The new Bratland spinoff site is both seriously annoying and likely to spur the creation of multiple personality disorders. These ladies mean well, and they know what they're talking about, but there are more helpful sites to help you get organized.
-
- Real Simple Online Magazine. It says it's devoted to "life made easier" and has separate sections on organizing, cleaning, and life skills. This site is worthwhile for the "Clutter-Buster" strategy section alone. And the time-saving section isn't too shabby either. The nice thing about this site is it lets you save and organize content for yourself without having to print it out into a binder. When you're getting organized, this is exactly the kind of small touch that means a lot.
-
- LifeOrganizers.com. In spite of the ubiquitous Google ads on the front page, Life Organizers is easy to navigate, and content rich. They focus on getting organized in all realms of your life from the home, to the office, to the mind, spirit and soul. But you get to choose which realm of your life you want to organize. This site is more about letting you find the content you need than sending the stuff you don't. There are more articles on getting organized than you can shake a stick at, and a free newsletter.
-
- Easy Home Organizing. The weird thing about organizing sites is that they're mostly badly organized. Easy Home Organizing is not an exception to that rule. Of special value here is the Complete Home Inventory System.
-
- Home Made Simple. This is simply a gorgeous home organizing magazine with a free newsletter. It is on the commercial side, but there's little doubt that the products advertised will make getting organized even easier.
