Top Ten Squidoo Health Lenses

WD
I am a little behind the times and just recently created my first Squidoo lens that falls under the Health & Medicine category. Squidoo is a free tool that resembles a blog and you have the option to customize it with many features provided by Squidoo. What makes Squidoo stand out is that the lenses created get indexed by Google quickly and Google places a lot of value on the information on Squidoo. This results in your lens topic possibly ranking higher in the search engines and gaining a lot of exposure.

I started my Squidoo lens on chronic illness to provide an extra resource to people who are living with chronic illness. I link back to my own personal website and have an RSS Feed on my Squidoo lens that takes readers back to my site. It is a great way to build traffic and a following to your main sites.

As passionate as I am about health-related issues, I had to find out what the top ten Squidoo lenses were on Squidoo. If you are interested in health issues or just want to learn how to build a better health lens on Squidoo, check out these popular lenses and their content.
