The most common New Year resolution, of course, is to lose weight. There have been some great weight loss-related articles on Associated Content in 2006. Let's look at a few of my favorites.

Everyone knows what it takes to lose weight. We may try the fad diets, the herbal concoctions, the Slim Coffee or whatever else the infomercials are selling every night, but we all know what it takes to lose weight, and that is to take in fewer calories than we burn. Eat less, exercise more. Even though we all know what it takes, sometimes we need a reminder, and here are a couple of good basic overview stories about weight loss that appeared on Associated Content in 2006.
