Did you know that in 1940, Vivien Leigh and Robert Taylor starred in the romantic movie Waterloo Bridge with the classic Scottish New Year's Eve song Auld Lang Syne performed on the soundtrack? Waterloo Bridge would become Vivien Leigh's favorite movie in which she starred. Auld Lang Syne literally means "old long ago" or in a more symbolic sense "the good old days" and was first published in 1796.
