My writing has been published in print, recorded on audio CD, and performed onstage, but there's nothing quite like working for the web. I love the freedom, flexibility, and fast pace of writing for AC.  View profile

  • Many of the AC writers who cover New York City are Manhattan natives with lots of insider local knowledge.
  • The majority of Manhattan content on AC relates to tourism, and is geared at visitors.
  • However, there's plenty of content about regular daily life in New York City as well.
Although Manhattan and New York City are often used interchangeably in speech, they don't really mean the same thing! Manhattan is actually one of the five boroughs of New York City, along with the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island.
