Top Three First Date Locations/Venues in Portland, Oregon

Make This First Date a Memory of a Lifetime

CJMathis
It's your first date and the question is where to take her/him in Portland, Oregon. Here are three places that first date may enjoy.

Cinetopia
11700 SE 7th St.
Vancouver Washington

Vancouver is just across the river from Portland so this Cinetopia is actually close enough for that first date. Cinetopia is like no other theater in the Portland Metro area and everyone loves to see movies at Cinetopia. Three Grand Auditorium's are available with three Living Room Theaters. Dinner is served in any of the theaters by ordering your meal from the Vinetopia Restaurant. The Grand Auditorium has seating that is at a 75% angle so there is no chance of the person in front of you being in the way of the view. Also each seat is made out of soft leather and is 1-½ times larger than a normal theater seat, add the one extra foot of legroom and comfort is at your disposal.

The 3 Living Room Theaters have 62 seats arranged into five Living Room seating areas. Each living room area is 8 feet wide and 5 feet higher or lower than the next area giving you and your date a great view.

So on that first date take her/him to Cinetopia for dinner and a movie.

Crystal Ballroom
1332 W. Burnside St
Portland, Oregon

An historic building in downtown Portland, take your first date here for a show, dance, or event. Visit www.mcmenamins.com and click on Crystal Ballroom for upcoming events such as, An Evening with Kevin Smith on April 12 or perhaps The Slice Tour on April 2, Patty Griffin on April 4th. No matter which venue catches your eye taking that first date to the Crystal Ballroom will give her an exciting evening and a memory to keep forever.

Keller Auditorium SW
222 Southwest Clay Street
Portland, Oregon
www.pcpa.com/events/keller.php

The Keller Auditorium is Portland's place for theater. Take that first date to The Keller to see a play, ballet, musical of your choice. Upcoming shows like CAT's, Lion King, The Nutcracker plays at Christmas every December or if your date enjoys music and the holidays the Singing Christmas Tree is always a crowd pleaser. Again take that first date to a spectacular show and give her/him the memory of a lifetime
