Top Three Hotels in Simi Valley

The Grand Vista is the finest hotel in Simi Valley, with a very friendly staff. It has the air of luxury, and the amenities to go along with it. Their suites are absolutely gorgeous. The presidential suite has a full bar, a sectional couch, coffee table, and a huge dining table with many seats- perfect for a board meeting. The regular rooms are very nice as well. The hotel has an outdoor heated pool and spa, and a fitness center. At the hotel there is a wonderful restaurant with delicious food. The Arena sports bar is also on the premises. This bar is a favorite among locals, best known for the fun karaoke nights. With your reservation comes a complimentary full breakfast buffet, a complimentary nightly cocktail, a copy of the Daily News delivered to your room in the morning, and complimentary transportation locally upon request.

The Grand Vista is within walking distance of the Simi Valley Town Center, an outdoor shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. It is also only a short drive to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Courtyard by Marriott

Right off the freeway, the Courtyard Marriott is conveniently located off the 118 in Simi Valley, and it is easy to find. It is a beautiful new hotel that opened just this year, with gorgeous and comfortable guestrooms, each with a spa tub, a large work desk, fine linens, and feather and foam pillows. Given the complimentary high speed internet access, this is a favorite hotel of business travelers. Whether you want to work from your room, or just have a peaceful night's rest after a rough day, this hotel is perfect. It is also good for families though, with a pool and spa outdoors. Because it is designed with business travelers in mind, it is one of the more expensive hotels in Simi Valley, but probably the most comfortable and quiet.

Posada Royale

Years ago, someone in my father's family used to own this hotel, and so our family has often stayed here. It is a very nice hotel, yet it still has that small town feel that is appropriate to Simi Valley. The suites are spacious and beautiful, while the regular guest rooms are also nice and comfortable. Wireless internet access is available, as well as two telephone lines with data ports. The hotel has a heated outdoor pool and spa, and a beautiful banquet room. Next to the hotel is the Elephant Bar, an excellent restaurant, which is also a great place just to go order drinks with friends. It is a favorite among all of my friends in Simi Valley. The Posada Royale has rates as low as $100 available through discount hotel websites. Always contact the hotel directly too, just to see what specials may be available.
