There is a website called myfreeimplants.com that gives women the opportunity to get free breast implants. They used to offer more varied surgeries but due to popular demand they now only offer the possibility of breast enhancement surgeries. It works on the basis that women post their profile on the site, along with pictures, a brief biography and their goals as to how big they want to go. Benefactors who we assume are men can then make donations until the woman in question has reached her desired financial goal. The money is kept by the owners of the site until the full amount of what the surgery will cost is reached and they pay it to the surgeon on behalf of both the benefactor and the "model". This has people raising their eyebrows and many think it's a scam, so ladies, here you have to decide for yourself if you want to post your profile or not.
Another way of receiving free cosmetic surgery, whether you're male or female (and all surgeries count here) is if you are part of the military or immediate family. This has a downside to it though as these surgeries are performed by trainee surgeons (with fully qualified surgeons standing by, thank goodness) who literally need to practice in order to get up to standard. Also it is not just as easy as going in and getting a complete makeover as some have suggested and there is usually quite a long waiting list. However, it is still an option if you are lucky enough to either serve in the military or be closely related to someone who does.
If you live in the United Kingdom and you fit the criteria you can have free cosmetic surgery done by the National Health Service (NHS). You will first be assessed and it will be decided whether there is enough psychological and physical benefits to you before any surgery is scheduled to be performed.
As for options to have free surgery done in countries other than the US or UK, it seems you're out of luck but most countries do offer discounted rates for people who don't mind being practiced on, much as in the military training hospitals.
