Top Worship Leaders/Bands

With so much Christian music and worship music out there, it can be hard to find artists worth listening to, and sometimes you don't know where to look for new, good music. So, if you love to worship or are just looking for some new artists, this list may be very helpful to you. Obviously, this list is not conclusive by any means. Also, this list isn't in any sort of order. Most of these artists have some or all of their albums on iTunes. However, you can find others on the ElijahList website. I've tried to give you a little blurb about each of the artists, but it's very difficult to describe worship that must be experienced. I've also listed some churches and ministries that have excellent worship teams that you may want to check out.

Misty Edwards
Misty Edwards is associated with IHOP (International House of Prayer) and does incredible prophetic worship. Many of the songs she has written spontaneously during worship have come to be well known worship songs in a lot of churches and ministries.

Jason Upton
Jason Upton also does prophetic worship.

Kelanie Gloeckler
Unless you belong to a specific stream of Christianity, you probably haven't heard of Kelanie Gloeckler. However, she writes incredible worship music.

Kari Jobe
Kari Jobe started leading worship with Gateway Worship. She is also the first person to record and lead Revelation Song.

Jesus Culture
Jesus Culture comes out of Bethel Church in Redding, CA. They travel around the US leading worship.

Alberto and Kimberly Riviera
The Rivieras are best known for their soaking music. They also come out of IHOP.

John Mark McMillan
John Mark McMillan is the guy who wrote the "Love's like a hurricane" song. Of course, he's written other great songs as well.

John Owens
John Owens comes out of the Every Nation churches, and is based in Tallahassee.
