Cars Run on Water

As gas prices go through the roof, old schemes to increase your car's gas mileage are also on the rise. Don't give these snake oil salesmen a second of your time (or your money) because the notion that you can use water to power your car is flat untrue.

This product promising to convert your car to run on water plus gas has been enticing me for months. My reaction every time I read about it is surely this cannot work.
