Lindsay Lohan has been locked up a few times before. However, after she is officially charged with stealing a necklace today, she will try to avoid her longest sentence to date, which could be as long as three years.

A new jail term for Lindsay Lohan appears to have just begun. Lohan wasn't supposed to go to jail today, but rather showed up for a hearing about her recent failed drug tests. However, the presiding judge chose to keep the starlet in custody indefinitely.
