Ferndale Michigan

The city officials of Ferndale want to change their city charter amendment which will basically change the order of operations in their city. If voted "yes" on Nov. 2, 2010, the city manager would be in control of all departments.

Jaynemarie Hubanks is the city assistant manager, treasurer/assessor and the finance director of the city of Ferndale in Michigan. After review of the list of duties it would appear that she is in charge or has a say in just about everything.
