The festival season in Chicago's neighborhoods tilts into full gear in June. There are festivals in the many neighborhoods around Chicago.

Some of Chicago's neighborhood festivals in the month of May include Chicago Mayfest in Lakeview, Belmont-Sheffield Music Festival and Do-Division Street Fest.
