L.J. Smith

If you have been tuning into the Vampire Diaries, you might have noticed that it's based on the novels by L.J. Smith. If you haven't read the books and wonder how similar (or not) they are, then check out the differences here.

I was eager to finish this trilogy after reading the first half. However, I was disappointed by the rushed ending and "fairy tale" conclusion.

After reading the Vampire Diaries series by L.J. Smith, I decided to begin a new set of books by the same author- The Secret Circle Trilogy. Here is my review of the first book, "The Initiation and the Captive Part I".

The author was at Borders in Hobart, Indiana. She bought some Twilight chocolate and ate it. The book The Return: Shadow Souls came into her hand. It sparked this poem on a piece of paper in the cafe.
