Whether or not to pay a child for good grades can be a tough call to make. I think the answer often lies within the child/parent relationship.

Every student wants to do well in school; grades, however, do not reflect so much a student's knowledge as their ability to stay organized and match their talents to classroom needs. Here are five simple yet amazingly effective rules for academic success.
