It is flu season again! Here are some facts about the flu vaccines and mist and how to obtain them for a low cost or free.

I recommend taking your family to Niagara Falls and riding the maid of the mist along with riding the trolley around the park and listening to the tour guide facts. It is something everyone should experience.

The Mist: miss it or watch it?

I recently watched "Stephen King's The Mist," released on DVD last Tuesday (March 25, 2008), and as a Father I am horrified, as a Stephen King fan I feel betrayed, and as a movie-goer I feel cheated. Why? The last ten minutes of the film.

After a violent thunderstorm rips through a small Maine town a mysterious mist blanks the whole town trapping a bunch of the towns people in a supermarket while outside monsters lurk.

A brilliant and successful adaptation of one of King's best stories.
