Electromagnetic Radiation

The electromagnetic spectrum contains the range of all possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation. There is a stream of photons moving at the speed of light and the their position on the spectrum is dictated by the amount of energy they carry.

A basic overview of how to understand and measure electromagnetic radiation, including utilization of the infrared spectrometer to identify unknown substances based on the unique spectrum produced as E.R. interacts with them.
