Tori Spelling is Working Out Differences with Mother in Time for New Arrival

Finally, after a long and bitter fight against mother and daughter, it looks like a end is near. Tori Spelling and Candy Spelling are currently working things out in hopes of establishing a better relationship before the birth of Tori Spelling's child.

In a interview with People Magazine, Candy Spelling said, "We have been in touch with each other and are in the process of communicating and working things out."

Even Tori got in on the action by letting the world know that she hopes to reconnect with her mother during her appearance on the Today Show on Monday (March 12, 2007).

Tori Spelling is due to deliver her son at anytime, which may be the reason why she is suddenly working to restore the torn relationship. Usually when a woman is pregnant, she starts needing her mother by her side. The need grows as delivery inches closer.

But if Tori and Candy actually decides to sit down and review their past feuds in order to save what remains of their relationship, they may find out that the old saying is true: Money is the root of all evil.

Even though both parties claim that they was already estranged from each other before the passing of Aaron Spelling, whatever remained of their relationship was destroyed when his final will was read.

Instead of receiving millions from her father, Tori Spelling was only left with $800,000. She was convinced that it was not her father's doings, but her mothers.

Tori then went to the public to proclaim that her mother, Candy Spelling, was nothing more than a 'Gold Digger'. Tori also did a parody of her short-lived series on VH1, 'So Notorious'.

Candy responded with a statement that referred to Tori as "mean-spirited" and "petty".

Now, hopefully, things have settled down between the two.

Randy Spelling, the brother of Tori Spelling, states that the reason for the possible reunion between his mother and sister is all because of the upcoming birth of his nephew.

He says: "They are going to be there for each other and the baby. My mom is having a grandchild, and it puts things into perspective."

"No matter what, we are family, and they're resolving things and getting back together. They are communicating, and it makes both of them happy. It's definitely a mutual thing."

Hopefully things will work out for them -- after all, there is an innocent child about to be born that needs his grandmother in his life.

It's wonderful they are able to set aside their differences for the new baby. Many children are not left with much when a spouse is still alive. She should be grateful for what she did get.

Thank god that's resolved. I still am a little amazed that she only inherited $800,000. I mean he did Love Boat!
