Toronto, Ohio Events for Labor Day Weekend: September 5 and 6, 2009
Annual Festival of the Arts and the Toronto High School All-School Reunion
Toronto, OH 43964
United States of America
The Annual Festival of the Arts
This year, the local festival is held at the city gazebo commons, a grassy park and bandstand. The gazebo is where the quilt raffle took place the last time I visited. The booths surrounded the gazebo on all sides of the park.
Since the economy has had a downturn, many vendors have canceled their booths. Anyone who is interested in opening a booth can visit the site www.focusintoronto.com or by sending an email to festival@focusintoronto.com. Please include a brief description of your product or service and a valid mailing address with your request for an application. The city is especially interested in food vendors, craft classes, and children's activities.
One thing that is sure to make the weekend a success is the Toronto High School's All Reunion. This being the Labor Day weekend, thousands of alumni are expected to visit.
