The Total Gym 1700 Club by Fitness Quest is the best workout machine I have ever bought. It's versatile. There are hundreds of exercises you can do on it. It's convenient. It folds compactly so you can store it easily. It's fun. Even if you put it away you will want to take it out to workout on it every day.

You can gain strength, tone and tighten flabby areas, and increase flexibility with this machine. Have you been looking to buy an all over body exercise machine? This is the one.

I had seen the Total Gym infomercials on TV and just brushed it off. I thought it would be flimsy and not live up to the spiel on the show. I discovered I was wrong. I happened to be shopping at a local Academy Sports and Outdoors with my husband and there was one on display. I checked it out and found it to be very sturdy, easy to maneuver, and adjustable for variable workouts.
