Total Trim Product Review

A Product to Turn Up the Heat on Weight Loss

Nathan Schilaty, DC
Too many individuals struggle with losing weight - mostly due to fad diets. Fad diets pop up more rapidly than weeds it seems. They all claim that one can lose astronomical amounts of weight in little time with little or no effort. Some are diets designed around low calories, low fat, high protein, or low carbohydrates. Yet, beyond all the hype, little credit is given to healthy lifestyle changes and nutritional needs of the body. Thus, all of these diets are bound to fail or just have temporary results. A healthy weight for a lifetime comes from a good dietary intake that can be followed for a lifetime.

For fast and easy weight loss, one should adhere to the following:

  • Exercise regularly. Ensure that the exercise activity increases the amount of energy expenditure to burn additional calories and also aims to build more lean muscles mass; more muscle mass will burn more fat. Regular exercise will increase energy and endorphin production (natural pain relieving neurotransmitter).
  • Cook your own food. Processed foods from the grocery store are convenient, but the food manufacturer is more concerned about the ingredients that increase "shelf life" of the food product instead of ingredients that increase the consumer's health. Also, restaurants thrive on food appearance and taste - many hidden calories are consumed at restaurants.
  • Count nutrients, not calories. All food has calories. The question is, which foods have the most nutrients? Nutrient dense foods will be more filling and will reduce appetite and supply energy to the body's lean tissues. Nutrient dense foods are non-processed, unmodified, and grown from mother earth.
  • Eat double the "5-a-Day". The USDA recommends that each individual should consume "5-a-Day" of fruits and vegetables. Doubling that is even more beneficial. Much research shows that each individual should be consuming 9-13 fruits and vegetables per day. These foods are low in calories and high in phytonutrients. Get meganutrients from super foods!
  • Thrive. Remember that a body in survival mode will have cravings and will justify the "just one bite" reflex. Depriving the body of food will cause reflexive eating or feeding frenzies. There are many healthy recipes to help you feel like you are eating like a king. Do some research and thrive during weight loss.
  • Supplement when necessary. Use beneficial protein powders to supplement a healthy diet with additional protein and macronutrients. If retaining weight and/or having difficulty sleeping or staying asleep, utilize a supplement to decrease cortisol levels. Cortisol can cause a retention of weight.
In addition to implementing all of the above steps to better health and weight loss, supplementation with Total Trim by NutriWest is a powerful way to assist the body in increasing thermogenesis and metabolism. Total Trim is formulated to balance digestion, appetite, satietiy, fat mobilization and breakdown, glucose metabolism, muscle tone, and neurotransmitter production. Moreover, it supplies necessary nutrients to the adrenals, thyroid, liver, and colon to assist in energy, metabolism, detoxification, and elimination. All of this is done with whole food nutrients and without the use of stimulants, digestion blockers, nutrient binders, allergenic substances, or any other harmful ingredients. Total Trim has been an excellent way for many of my patients to achieve excellent weight loss results without disturbing the body's natural mechanisms of metabolism.

Many individuals that have been unable to lose weight have started to lose weight with the addition of Total Trim. Many consider it a supplemental miracle! When I first brought Total Trim into my practice, I admit that I was skeptical, but the great results and good reviews speak for themselves!
