Toy Review: Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ by Little Tikes
Nice Toy for Kids to Pretend with During the Grilling Season
The Little Tikes Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ stands at about two feet high. When your child pushes a button the coals will glow red. Of course you need batteries for this to happen. The lid on the Little Tikes Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ even lifts up just like the grill your child probably sees mom or dad using outside. The Little Tikes Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ is on a push cart with wheels so it can be transported throughout the house or even outdoors by your child.
I would recommend the Little Tikes Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ for children in the younger range of the manufacturer's age range. I would suggest it works well for two to four year olds. The grill comes with an accessory kit that includes a plastic hamburger, chicken leg, buns with sesame seeds, various veggies, and a spatula. There is even a dial on the grill that allows your child to hear either a bell go off like a timer would, or turn it the other direction and hear a sizzling sound like meat makes on the grill.
There are very few safety hazards with the Little Tikes Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ. One item though I would recommend is if you bring it outdoors for your child to use while you are grilling, I would recommend keeping it far away from your own grill. Make sure your child understands that your grill gets very hot and is not a toy like their Little Tikes Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ.
I highly recommend the Little Tikes Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ for children in the two to four year old age group despite the relatively high price of close to $40. To help preserve the use of your Little Tikes Grill N Glow Electronic BBQ you should not leave it outdoors in the rain. I would recommend limiting the amount of time it is left outdoors as the sun will cause it to fade colors if left in the sun for an extended period of time.
