When Tracey Mallett's 3 in 1 Pregnancy System was filmed, Tracey was 28 weeks pregnant. She does exercise modifications for women in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy. During the workout, Her partner completes the exercises at full impact, which is suitable for women pre-pregnancy, in their first trimester, or postpartum periods. Tracy's husband, Chris, is a physician who specializes in physical therapy. He appears in the Tracey Mallett's 3 in 1 Pregnancy System workout video during the flexibility section as the workout partner. Chris leads the partnered flexibility routine, and serves as Tracy's flexibility partner.
There are four sections of Tracey Mallett's 3 in 1 Pregnancy System:
- 19 minutes of warm up's with core/abdominals
- 14 minutes of lower body exercises
- 13 minutes of upper body
- 10 minutes of partnered flexibility.
Tracey Mallett's 3 in 1 Pregnancy System does not require a lot of equipment, and you probably already have everything you need around the house. Grab a sturdy chair, a few pillows, a towel, and light weights, and you're ready to go.
