Ingredients

12 eggs - extra large
1 qt heavy cream
2 cups brandy or cognac
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons honey
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp nutmeg - fresh grated
2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions for Traditional Holiday Egg Nog

Blend Eggs, Cream. Brandy, Honey, Sugar, Vanilla and Seasonings
Using a hand mixer or stick blender, in a large bowl, mix the eggs, cream, brandy, honey, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend until thick and creamy.

Serve in Punch Bowl with Nutmeg Sprinkled on Top
Serve in punch bowl with nutmeg sprinkled on top. Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!
Tip
Use a hand blender or stick blender and blend all ingredients very well until creamy.
