Tranquility to stay is tough. I try by changing things that I can and accepting those that I cannot. Naturally, the latter is more! I also take care not to get elated too much or too taken aback by setbacks; both will be memories soon! Also enjoy the moments and live for the present, forget the past as it is past, and future is uncertain; why worry but accept. The greatest gift I get is when some I rely on, exit, others walk in!! cheers, Mike - siva
