Trapped
Just like that I was trapped
Held as hostage by sad emotion
Takes all that I can now just to get thru the motion
Imprisoned by time
All possible thru the turn of a dime
Trying to refrain
Doesn't help ease the pain
I want to escape
Just to be able to cut through this sticky tape
So tired of being in this tight trap
It is enough to make me want to snap
So badly, I want to be free
These feelings, just get out of me
Somethings got to give
I do want to live
Loosen up this strap
So that I can get out of this trap
