Traveling is fun and everyone wish to travel frequently. But, travel needs money. How to spend wisely on traveling? How to travel regularly with a tight budget? I wish to visit more places but I am lack of fund. Do not worry, you can always travel as long as you know how to save during your trip and how to plan and organize your trips.

Airfare is the most expensive thing when travel. So try to get the cheapest airfare when traveling. To get the cheapest airfare, you will need to book your flight early. As you have more time to plan for your traveling, this will help you to scout around for cheaper air flight. Survey your flight ticket at least six months before your traveling date, do some research on the air price and get the cheapest airfare. You can choose for the budget airlines or airlines which is not so popular if you are really on tight budget. Compare the prices of the airlines you wish to travel with.

For budget traveling, I would suggest you not to decide the date of traveling as this may restrict your chances of getting lower air ticket. If you wish to have a budget traveling, make yourself available at anytime so you will be able to enjoy the promotions and discounts offer.

You will be surprise to find out that, traveling in the middle of week will help to cut the price down further. It is popular to travel during weekends. Where, all office workers can minus the days for their leave. So if you choose to travel at Tuesday, the airfare will be lower compare to travelling at Saturday.

Apart from that, do not choose public holidays and school holidays as your travelling date. As during this period, it is usually mark as high season where most of the parents will plan a trip for the family when their children are on vacation. So this automatically increases the airfare as it will become a premium during this highlighted time. Highlight your calendar with those public holidays before making a research on your travelling date. But during the special days such as Christmas or New year, the air fare will become cheaper as this special days are family gathering days and people around will choose to stay at home for meeting up with family members and relatives.

Consequently, you can choose to travel during rainy season which start at June and end of October where is it normally known as low season. These months are less popular among traveller to Asia as it is raining season and a lot of activity is prohibited. So the airfares to selected destinations will be cut down.

Go for online booking as this is the cheapest way to book your flights. As there are no additional fees charges for administrative cost. You can also go for package deals as the airfare become lower when they are combined with hotel accommodations and other additional booking such as airport transfers. Choose low season periods as the hotel will reduce the price significantly during this time.
