Choose travel clothes that are light and easy to carry. There are several new fashions that ensure that you have lightweight clothes in your luggage. For example, most manufacturers make light weight, non-wrinkle clothes that dry very quickly especially for traveling. Before you actually start the process of traveling, find out the weather of the location you will be staying in. You might have to buy special rain wear, rain clothes or even winter wear that you may not have at present. Please remember that winter wear will weigh more. Try to find good quality thermal underwear that you can wear under your winter clothes to keep you warm while you travel.
Ensure that no matter where you are going you have all the clothes you need for different occasions. For example, carry formal wear like trousers that are drip dry and wrinkle free. Choose clothes that do not require ironing especially as you might not be able to get an iron in an emergency. Choose clothes that can be layered as the more the separates you carry; the better the looks you can build. Carry a great little black dress along with a shawl or cover up and a blazer that you can use to change the look of the outfits you have taken.
If you cannot find ideal travel clothes then check with big labels that have the fashion in the form of travel clothes. Manufacturers have special materials like polyester, spandex and nylon that do not wrinkle, are easy to wash and are comfortable at the same time.
Please remember that there is no need to compromise on your fashion and style when you are traveling. It's just a matter of choice and styling;and you should be fine. Choose well for classic clothes and designs that can be worn for several occasions rather than going for current fashions that might not suit every occasions.
