I am treading here,
drifting everywhere,
going absolutely nowhere.
drifting everywhere,
going absolutely nowhere.
With my head above the water,
my legs twirling around,
I keep hearing the same old sound.
I try to keep me from sinking under
but then I only see lightening,
and hear thunder.
Wondering if I will ever be found,
if only my screams,
would stop me from going down.
Getting tired of going nowhere,
but drifting everywhere,
as I keep treading here.

thank you for the comment...have a great day !!!
I can remember my 'treading' moments and how I never thought they would go away; they do. Mine did. That line Scarlette O'Hara used in Gone With the Wind is really true: Tomorrow is another day.
