Elevating Core Temperature
One of the body's natural ways to fight a bacterial infection is to heat up by way of a fever. You can create a warmer environment within the body by elevating your core temperature. As a result the heat will kill the bacteria. You can then regularly raise core temperature and keep the bacteria away. This can be implemented through sauna's, hot showers, hot tubs, and steam baths. Exercise will also raise your temperature, but as a chronic Lyme disease sufferer, you probably experience pain daily and won't be up to doing exercise. In that case implement the other options.
