The bob was very popular in the last year and is making it's comeback. However, this bob is new and improved! This seasons bob is going to be cropped, or my personal favorite the pixie bob. Unlike a traditional bob, it gives the hair more flair. This is a haircut that is so much more and allows for different hairstyles. The most popular trends with the bob is going to be the side part, chunky effect (this is done by using pomade), and having the ends flared up. It's relatively inexpensive to get this hair cut and styling may only require your favorite gel, pomade, or mousse.
Those with long hair should not fret, there are several trendy styles for them this fall too. Long, straight hair is definitely going to be in. The center part has returned. This look is simple to obtain, usually only requiring a flat iron. However, tousled undone looks with waves are going to be quite trendy as well. These looks work best for those who either do not have bangs or they are extremely long. Keep in mind, if your hair is medium length that this may not work well for you.
Plan on getting familiar with a chignon. This look is achieved by first putting the hair into a ponytail, wrapping or twisting the hair and securing it to the base of the ponytail. Secure with bobby pins or any other neat hair accessory. The cool thing about this hairstyle is that it can be worn in so many ways. You decide how high, or how low you want the chignon. In addition, you can either polish up the look by meticulously keeping the hair in place or grunge it down by leaving it a little messy. It's perfect for the night out on the town or the office.
The ponytail is a classic that is always in style. Similar to the chignon, it can look down to earth or glammed up a bit. However, several Hollywood starlets have been seen with the low or side ponytail, sometimes a combination. This is an effortless look, especially for those on the go. No matter how many or which of these hairstyles you decide to try, wear it with confidence. You are sure to be trendy this fall.
