Tribenzor the New Three-in-One Combination High Blood Pressure Medication

Diichi Sankyo Inc. announced on July 26^th, that the U.S food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Tribenzor ™ for the treatment of hypertenstion. These patients would be patients who are not controlled by any of the following antihypertensive drug classes" calcium channel blockers, angiotension receptor blockers and diuretics. According to the approval Tibenzor would not be indicated for initial therapy.

People who suffer from high blood pressure have hearts that work over time to pump blood through their bodies. This over works their hearts causing damage to the blood vessels. Tribenzor work's to relax their blood vessel's so their blood pressure can be lowered. This then lower's their chance of having a heart attack or a stroke.

Tribenzor is a combination of:

olmesartan medoxomil: calcium channel blocker

amlodipine: angiotensin receptor blocker

hydrochlorothiazide: diuretic

Tribenzor can cause some more serious side effects:

If you are pregnant or thinking about becoming pregnant talk to your doctor, Tribenzor can cause injury or death to an unborn baby.

Low blood pressure: feeling faint and dizziness.

Kidney problems: if you already suffer from kidney problems they may worsen. If you notice swelling in your ankles, feet or hands or notice unexplained weight gain contact your doctor.

Chest paints or heart attack symptoms.

Tribenzor also causes your body to to have changes in bodily fluids and body salts. If you notice changes in thirst, weakness, restlessness, dry mouth, confusion, tireness, muscle tiredness, dizziness, low or no urine output, fast heartbeat, seizures, sleepiness, fainting, nausea and vomiting contact your doctor.

Common side effects include, dizziness, headache, nausea, diarrhea, urinary tract infection, swelling of joints, muscle spasms, stuffy or runny nose, sore throat, swelling of hands, ankles and feet and tiredness.
