The Fourth of July is coming up in just a few weeks. And it was our soldiers who gave us the freedom we celebrate on the Fourth. So, I have written this tribute to them.
S is for the Shores of Tripoli
O is for the Ones who died for you and me
L is for the Lives put on the line
D is for the Dear Ones who are always left behind
I is for the Irony when saying "Civil War"
E is for an Enemy like never fought before
R is for the Remembrance for the ones who gave their lives
S is just simply for-Sacrafice
I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Fourth of July!
