This article is wrong! These are the dates and times for 2009 (check the link - it says 2009 right at the top). Here's a list of CORRECT times:

(By the way, Fairborn is not on this list, but the City of Fairborn website shows that trick or treat is on Saturday, October 30th, 6-8pm).
