Tricks to Impress Girls

We all want to impress girls. For many guys the main focus of their day is to catch the attention of girls. Knowing some of the tricks to impressing girls and getting them to notice you can be the most important thing for you to know right now.

The first trick is to quit trying so hard to impress the girls. The girls can tell when you are trying too hard and this can be a total turn off. Instead, be yourself, be calm and collected. The cooler you are and the more relaxed, the better you will impress her. By letting things flow naturally you will catch her attention easier and probably hold it longer than if you go over the top with your attempts to impress her. Being genuinely nice is one of the best ways to impress girls.

Do not be a poser. If you aren't a preppy kind of guy, don't change your clothes or appearance to be preppy. Be yourself that will impress her the most. Being as natural and true to you as possible is the key to impressing any girl. That doesn't mean you shouldn't clean yourself up a bit, but, you shouldn't completely change yourself to get a girls attention or acceptance. Even if you are able to get a girls attention by changing yourself, your style, your attitude and thoughts, those traits will eventually wear off because they are not the natural you. You don't want the girl to fall for the imposter because once they realize you have been putting on a show the whole time, they may not want anything more to do with you.

Not all girls are impressed by money or good looks. Many girls like a guy who has intellect. If you have intellect, let it show, just don't overdo it. It is important not to come off as arrogant. Being smart and being a smart ass are two separate things. Also, girls are not like the guys, they don't like you cracking jokes at their expense. It is easy to come off as insulting when you are only trying to joke and make her laugh. Be mindful of what you are saying at any given point. But, try not to overwhelm yourself with worry. Just be calm and try not to be so nervous. Girls want you to be yourself, whatever self that may be.

Any guy can impress a girl. Impressing her is not the only thing you need to do. Once you have impressed her, you need to follow that up with a compliment. That old saying: "flattery gets you everywhere" is actually kind of true. Once you have impressed and complimented the girl, the next step is to ask her out and hope she says yes. If you have done your job right, she will most likely say yes.
