Triple Sure Natural Flea & Tick Spray for Dogs and Cats by Natural Wonder: Review

Natural Wonder Offers Chemical-Free Flea and Tick Spray for Your Pets

Vicki Messer
Most pet owners want to take good care of their pets, including the dreaded task of applying flea and tick remedies. As springtime and warmer weather approaches, fleas and ticks will once again be an on-going problem for beloved cats and dogs.

If you have ever used any of the strong chemicals on the market today and had a bad experience with your pet, then you know how tricky it can be to find an effective product that will not harm your pet.

We had a very bad experience with our cat, after applying a flea and tick repellent made by Hartz Mountain. She became very hyper and also had muscle problems, which included twitching, spasticity and running like a wild animal from one end of the house to the other with widely dilated pupils. It was a very scary situation for her and for us as responsible pet owners. We vowed never again to use chemicals on our "Baby Girl".

Shortly after this horrible experience, I began to look around online for a better product that would still provide effective prevention of fleas and ticks. Since Baby loves to be outdoors and explore our yard and surrounding areas, she needs a very good flea and tick preventative.

I happened upon a website called Natural Wonder Pets. Listed among their many natural products was Triple Sure Natural Flea and Tick Spray. I read all about the product from their site and then ordered a one year supply of the product. I was fortunate enough to find a 2 for 1 sale and purchased two 16 oz. bottles of the product.

I carefully read the instructions for application and then applied the product to Baby's coat. One of the first things I noticed was that our cat actually liked the smell of the product and so did I. It smells like cedar and now so does our Siamese. Since cats don't like to get wet at all, I applied the product to our cat's soft brush and then brushed it through her coat. She loved it! I applied the liquid to her feet and legs by spraying it onto a used dryer sheet and rubbing her feet and legs with the dryer sheet. She did not mind at all. The flea and tick spray needs to be applied every couple of days and is guaranteed to kill fleas and ticks on contact and to repel any other fleas and ticks that might come in contact with her.

Baby had absolutely no ill-effects for using this product. She enjoyed the smell of the product and the brushing of the product into her coat. That certainly made life much easier for me and her.

Triple Sure is a Natural Wonder product and contains 1% peppermint oil, 3% cedarwood oil and 96% Ethyl Lactate Purified Water. That's it. No harsh chemicals that can cause pets and people to have terrible side-effects. You can pet your dog or cat immediately without worry, especially important in homes with small children, and she is free to roll around on the sofa without fear of soiling the fabric. Just be sure you apply the product as specified and do not saturate your pet. Saturation could definitely soil your sofa and carpets.

Natural Wonder also offers a wide range of other products for your pets and although some of the products are a bit pricey, they do offer combination packages of their products on sale.

Along with their products, they also provide excellent information about the life cycle of fleas and how those flea infestations can lead to worm infestations in your pet. You will also find tips for training your cat or dog and a pet health forum. They also have a newsletter which is free of charge, all you do is sign up in order to receive it in your email.

We discovered through our vet that rather than spraying our dog or making her wear a flea collar, putting Borax laundry detergent into the carpet was harmless for her but deadly to fleas. And it got on her enough to keep the fleas from coming in from outside.
