The song was fairly successful on the charts but not a mainstream hit. The song is a very traditional up-tempo country song with some elements of mainstream country. Trisha shows so much spunk on the track which help to make it work.
This Is Me You're Talking To is a beautiful ballad. Trisha's voice conveys so much emotion and life over the minimalist song. The song then builds into a lush masterpiece where Trisha's voice soars about the song. The song is definitely one of the strongest tracks on the album.
They Call It Love For A Reason is a perfect feel good acoustic guitar driven song. The track is definitely more commercial country than being traditional. The song is very solid which very strong lyrics and a catchy chorus.
Nothin' 'Bout Memphis is a soulful ballad about Trisha going back in the past. The track features Trisha's beautiful vocals over a moving track.
We Tried is a solid mid-tempo acoustic guitar driven song. The melody is solid and very catchy. The song effortlessly blends old and new country into a very strong track.
Let The Wind Chase You is definitely one of the most beautiful songs on the album. The song is one of the best songs on the album and features lush instrumentation. The ballad features strong lyrics and a moving vocal performance.
The Dreaming Fields is yet another strong ballad this time piano driven. The song features lyrics that are very visually stimulating. The song is just so peaceful and mellow.
Nothin' About You Is Good For Me definitely sounds like it was made for Carrie Underwood. The song is more modern country yet another solid song.
Heaven, Heartache, And The Power Of Love is a very solid album by a country legend. Trisha Yearwood has delivered a very strong album. Heaven, Heartache, And The Power Of Love gets 8 out 10 stars for a very strong album.
