True Love

Uncle_Jay
One breath of her hair, one kiss of her lips, one touch of her hand, just one is worth giving immortality up for. True love, a rare and exhilarating experience, a feeling that is never the same twice, each love you have is different, not better or worse, in so much as it is simply different, sometimes parts of it are more intense, others more 'real', deep, and always, it comes with an inner peace. The momentous knowledge of such a valued and important emotion only leads to a hope that there is always going to be Love for you. Even in your bitterness from past failed loves, you must still have a strand of hope to hold on to, else wise, why continue? I have had my share of broken hearts, been manipulated, used and then forgotten as easily as so many forget their dreams as soon as they wake up. And dreams are necessary to our mental health, and in turn your physical health. Love is the same, one can not completely live without love. Even a recluse has the loving devotion of some animal he has adopted, or was adopted by. I, of course, do not include the psychopath and sociopath who lack the essence and awareness of right and wrong. In the words of Phil Sampson, 'I loved them everyone'. I truly did love the few ladies I have had the luxury to meet and know. But each I loved with a different kind of love. I have been fortunate to have experienced true love at least once, a mutual, respectful and unconditional love both ways. I may never know this depth of love ever again, but what I have had, that small part of my life that was filled with a true, pure love, is all I need. At least for now, and the rest of my life can be spent not wasting time and energy in search of that one special love. By simply spreading an unconditional love with any and all that I meet, I return to the 'Karmic Cycle' that which I have known, no matter how briefly.

I do believe in Angels. I know I could not have managed to live this long, if it wasn't for the preservation of such a being of light. I also know that not all Angels are beings of light, immortals, a human, filled with love will do things out of kindness, out of love, and that makes them earthly Angels. I have seen evidence of a spiritual being that could only be called an Angel. I do not accept this on mere faith alone, I also have seen tangible evidence, I have also felt a hand of peace and reassurance on my back or shoulder, and no one was there. Someday, if it is to be, I will be blessed to actually see my guardian Angel, talk to it like I do with humans. I do not know, however, how I would want to see them, in their true form, or one I can accept easily, such as a fellow human. The last time I was in the presence of such a being of light, in their pure form, I had a hard time returning to this life, or even wanting to. But return I did, with a mission. A mission to share in words my experience, and with random acts of kindness to strangers and friends alike.

"Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib. Not from his feet to be walked on. Not from his head to be superior, but from the side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved."
