Truly a Paradise...Seashells Resort, Australia

This place is one of the most unforgettable places I have ever been for a holiday. I don't know where to start in this article as there are tons of good points about this place.

Seashells Resort is one of the most beautiful resorts in Mandurrah, Western Australia. Among all other resorts in there, Seashells Resort has the all the ideal facilities that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Let me start with the front desk of Seashells Resort where they have the most accommodating and helpful staffs. The front lounge is occupied with colourful and artistically designed furniture. You can also have the view of the pool from the reception area.

On the way to the elevator, you will see all the beautiful and colourful paintings of their resident painters hanging on the wall. They have two resident painters who come up with amazing art pieces and are being sold to visitors of Seashells Resort. Their art work are mostly on the subject of beaches, ocean views, fish, fishermen, shells and even people on the beach and profile of individuals in swim suits. To avail of one of those paintings is one good way of taking home a memorabilia of this beautiful resort.

We rented a two-bedroom apartment/unit at the fourth floor for four nights and five days. The room is spacious and fully furnished. Everything is beautiful, from kitchen to the laundry area, bathrooms, lounge area, bedrooms and the balcony. Our room as well as the lounge gave us a breath-taking view of the beach, the Mandurrah community, as well as the amazing sunrise and sunset. This is such a perfect place to relax and unwind. At night, we leave the blinds wide open where we can see the beauty of the beach and the sky, the stars and the moon.

The pool area is consists of three parts: the adult pool, the kids' pool and the jacuzzi where 4-6 people can fit in. We stayed in the kids' pool all the time as we were with our 1-year old son and 3-year old daughter. They also provide barbecue grillers for families. The pool area has a gate at the back which gives access to the beautiful Mandurrah Beach. Among all the resort and hotels in Mandurrah, Seashells Resort has the most strategic location parallel to the beautiful beach.

On the right side of the pool area are small apartment units that can be rented by families who want to stay nearer to the beach. So aside from the huge building where our room is located, they also have these small apartment units which are more affordable than the room that we rented.

Seashells Resort however doesn't have its own fine dining area or even a coffee shop which most resorts or hotels have. This is because Seashells Resort is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, fashion shops, and other commercial establishments. So every mealtime, we had to go out and search for a nice restaurant to dine in. I love the Italian restaurant there as well as the fish shop that serves seafood, chips, salads etc.

Seashells Resort is located in the center of Ocean Marina, Mandurrah, Western Australia. It is 45 minutes to 1 hour drive from Perth. We rented and drove a car going there.
