The 62-story Trump Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates pierces the skyline with razor-sharp rooftops and staggering glass features. Located on the Palm Jumeirah island on the Arabian Gulf, the Trump Dubai delivers a high-class living and visiting experience in its residence penthouse suites and luxury hotel suites. Once open, the Trump Hotel will offer birds-eye views of the palm-tree shaped isles of Palm Jumeirah from its rooms and restaurants, which mark highest point on the island.
Location
The Trump Hotel in Dubai graces Palm Jumeirah, one of three Palm Islands, which are considered the Eighth Wonder of the World, according to The Emirates Network. This Donald Trump masterpiece features split linked pinnacles that tower above the Palm Golden Mile, home to upscale shoppes, designer boutiques and premium penthouses and town homes. Trump Hotel shares the Dubai skyline with the Atlantis Resort, Fairmont Palm Residence and The Palm Grandeur.
Residence Penthouse Suites
368 Pinnacle, Titanium and Platinum penthouses comprise the residential suites at Trump Hotel. Pinnacle penthouses, located near the top of the hotel, contain four bedrooms in a roomy 7,500 square foot living space. Titanium apartments, townhouses, penthouses and duplexes consist of one to four bedrooms in a 1,400 to 1,900 square foot living environment and are located on floors 41 through 56, just beneath the Pinnacle suites. Platinum apartments and duplexes house one to three bedrooms each in one of Trump Hotel's towers and are 1,400 to 1,700 square feet in area.
According to trump.com, there are also 388 hotel rooms at the Trump Hotel in Dubai. These rooms are located in the tower adjacent to the Platinum apartments and feature similar architecture and interior design to the penthouse apartments.
Floorplans
Each penthouse accommodation comes with marble flooring, recessed lighting, European appliances and fixtures and modern kitchen and bath architecture designed by British designer Kelly Hoppen. Rooms come with spacious private balconies, living areas, foyer, separate dining room, and full-service kitchen. Some residences contain upper and lower levels to accommodate more bedrooms, bathrooms and separate resting quarters.
Amenities
The Mega Yacht Marina, fitness club and pool are some of the on-site benefits exclusive to Trump residence owners or guests. The fitness studio contains yoga and Pilates areas, cardio and weight equipment and a private outdoor pool complete with poolside cafe and bar. Trump penthouse owners enjoy free and exclusive access to the Mega Yacht Club, which comprises over fifty vessel berths.
Dining and Attractions
Guests and residents will be able to enjoy 360-degree panoramic views and fine cuisine from the Sky Restaurant and Bar, perched atop one of Trump Hotel's pinnacle towers. Visitors can also dine on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and European cuisine in nearby restaurants at Atlantis. According to dubai-online.com, other shops and restaurants on Jumeirah will reach completion in 2013 but are continual works in progress.

Post a CommentWell, obviously he can't - they put building on hold :) Still, it looks pretty cool. Plus, the UAE is very tourist-friendly, especially with the Atlantis hotel right in the Palm Islands.
Dubai as a whole is way too opulent for my tastes, and it ticks me off that the Donald would want to support that lifestyle in a muslim nation.
