Truth
For clarity of vision, sometimes we must close our eyes
and open our ears, for truth screams louder than cries.
No need to search for it amid the clear blue sky.
No need to ponder or try to see past the guise.
A moment of silence can bring the truth to light
and denial can lead to many a restless night.

It's me, Mike. I'm just on the same computer. (Momie T. is crackin' me up here.) Ya' know, I could go for more moments of silence. My spouse pulls the "whatever" on me sometimes. "Yeah, Michael, whatever." Kinda hard to argue with that.A moment of silence can bring the truth to light

Jamie, I have a poem "waiting in the wings" which I also titled "Truth." Your title is much more reflective of your content than mine will be, although the title is not really set yet. We both much be thinking about truth lately.
