Older men are usually more disciplined and down to earth. They are more set in their ways and that can be bad thing if they have some bad habits. However, you normally won't find them out carousing at night. They are normally more of a home body that doesn't mean they don't go out. They usually like to go out with companions. The places they go are usually laid back.

Older men prefer one woman and not dating a bunch of women. You won't find older men flirting with other women while they are out with a woman. Normally they are more faithful. Human nature being what it is there are always exceptions. Normally they are more devoted.
They know what they want
Older men normally know what they want. They have experienced the good and the bad in their life so they pretty much know what they are looking for. Reasons some older men don't date younger women is because they normally do not want any more children and younger women do. Older men have raised their children and can't fathom doing it over again. One of the other reasons some older men don't date younger women is because of energy level. They are afraid they won't be able to keep up. This is not just about sex either.
Sexual drive doesn't diminish with age
Older men still have the same sexual drive as younger men. They don't always have the same energy level of a 25 year old male. This can be a good thing or a bad thing for the women. If the women is more active she may want a younger man but if she is less an older man is perfect. Older men charge in like a rhino but when they are done they sleep like an rhino under a tree. For some younger women having an older man who they don't have to please every day maybe a godsend.
Financially secure
Not always but older men tend to be more secure financially. They have just had a longer time to work on it. Older men usually have a better work ethic than some younger men. Like in anything else nothing is written in stone it still depends on the individuals personality and habits.
