Ignore for a moment the fact that low carb diets are working ever so slowly to take off the pounds. Ignore as well the fact that you have been killing yourself to consume a much higher amount of protein than you do of evil carbs. Now, at last, forget that you live in America, and you may truly be on your way to losing those pounds.

For many throughout the world, the low carb diet makes no sense. Denizens of the third world, countries who live in poverty and squalor, have it easy when it comes to dieting. Most do not even have the luxury of weighing enough to consider a diet. They are their own diet: the Third World Country Diet!

The Science Behind the Third World Country Diet
If carbs are truly evil (as so many American dieticians are saying), how is it that those living in third world countries, who live off carbs, can all retain their girlish figures?

The answer is all in what access they have to fat in the first place. Many living in third world countries are, some say sadly, deprived of fat. It can be very difficult for any of them to drive down to the store and purchase fat to add to their meals. Without fat, and without an overabundance of food that their bodies can convert to fat, these people never really get the opportunity to gain weight.

And if they don't gain weight, they never need the diet in the first place!

Trying to Get That Third World Country Look: Trying the Carb-Heavy Diet
So how do you get that trim, lean figure that so many living in the third world sport? That's right, eat carbs. Lots and lots of carbs. In fact, for many living in third world countries, carbs are the only option aside from having beans to add protein.

If you really want to have a new body and to enjoy looking like an anorexic Lindsey Lohan, go down to the store and purchase:

1 enormous bag of rice
1 enormous bag of beans
1 old pot
A couple bottles of sanitized water (for a more authentic diet, try using toilet water...catching a fecal matter-related disease can help take those pounds off fast!)

Then go home and toss out the majority of your spices and condiments. Prepare the rice and the beans by boiling them in pots of water (only a little bit at a time), and divide the pots out into portions that will last you a few days.

Last, enjoy! Watch the weight simply vanish from your body. To keep off the weight once it is gone, simply remain on the third world country diet indefinitely. You will never have to worry about losing those pounds again! To make things even easier, try moving to a third world country yourself.

Try these tips, and you will surely make fat a thing of the past.
