Trying to Conceive? How About a Procreation Vacation?

Babymooning is the Latest Vacation Trend!

Are you having fertility troubles, or maybe you just don't have time to relax and feel like you need to spend some time to refocus your energies? If so, a procreation vacation may be right for you.

It's the newest trend in vacations, booking a trip to relax, try some local traditions, and hopefully, make a baby.

There are procreation vacations all over...from the Bahamas to Wyoming, and they're all vastly different. The question is, do they work?

Some doctors are saying yes. They are encouraging fertility-challenged couples to sneak away for some time to themselves. Though doctors have long recommended taking a vacation, now we have vacations with a purpose, and that purpose is making a baby.

What can you expect at your procreation vacation? It varies based on where you go.

Head down to the Caribbean and you'll be sipping sea-moss brew 3 times a day, long extolled as their version of Viagra. Women get all-they-can-eat pumpkin soup, supposed to help with fertility because it's packed with vitamins.

Head on up to the Procreation Ski Vacation in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and their tried-and-true remedy is cozy cuddling and some time to relax and focus on the important things, as well as enjoy skiing and other amenities. You can even get a dogsled ride to some local hot springs at the Teton Mountain Lodge.

Some resorts even have on-staff sex experts to help you understand fertility better and answer your questions, like the one in Tucson, Arizona called Miraval Resort.

By far the most notorious procreation vacations are in the Caribbean, though. People swear by their local fertility enhancing methods at the Westin Grand in the Bahamas. They are a chain that also offers the package at St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands and at the island Vieques, off Puerto Rico.

Stories of happy expecting couples are starting to abound, in the "real" world and on the blogosphere. Yours could be next. Are you packed? If you're ready, book your procreation vacation today!
