200gr of tuna fish in can
1 onion
1 tablespoon parsley
2 tomatoes
1 lemon
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 pinch of salt
2 or 3 fresh oregano leaves
1 tablespoon of olive oil but if not found 1 tablespoon of canola oil
First we get a bowl and put the tuna inside of that, mashing it with a fork. We take the onion and chop it into small cubes, as small as you can. The tomatoes can be chopped into cubes or if you desire, you can cut them in big pieces. The fresh oregano leaves and parsley should be chopped by a dry knife into very small pieces. It is time to put all the ingredients we prepared into the bowl. We mix all those with the tuna for a while preferably with your hands. Then we add the salt, olive oil and mayonnaise and continue mixing for a minute. After we are done with that, we squeeze the lemon in the bowl and we mix the ingredients for a minute again. Our recipe is ready and you can serve with the bowl or if you want to present this delicious recipe to your guests, you can serve in plates by putting some thin cut peel lemon and parsley leaves on the food.
