Turbo Jam Fitness Machine

Running on the treadmill and doing crunches doesn't do it for me. I get so bored that I don't even want to do anything. That's not the case with Turbo Jam.

I saw the informercial on the television one Saturday morning. I immediately called the phone number and started asking questions about the product. The lady I spoke with gave me all the information I needed. She told me that I can return the product for a full refund with free shipping if I wasn't happy after a few days. They also offered other products, just like any other place, which I turned down. I just wanted to try the workout they were showing on tv. After all was said and done, she told me that I should receive my product sometime on Tuesday. I was really excited.

It arrived exactly on Tuesday and I opened the box. It came with everything I ordered, not one thing missing. Which was another plus for them. I read everything and started doing everything I had to do before I started the work-out.

There are different parts to the DVD. The first one is "Learn and Burn". It shows you all the different steps that you have to learn for the work-out. I thought it was easy enough. I started doing it. It lasted abouut 25-30 minutes. I felt great after. The music is so alive and it will want you to keep going. Unlike the boring work-outs I've tried in the past. The instruction told me to do one type of work-out a day so I did. The next day I tried the "20 minute work-out". That was fun! Same type of music. They were all upbeat and will want you to keep working out and burn those calories. It was just amazing. The next part is the "Cardio Party". This lasted almost and hour. The last one is my favorite, "Ab Jam". The first part is standing up and the second is laying on the floor. Again, the music will just keep you going.

I started noticing changes in my body, which I haven't seen in a long time. I work 40 hours a week and I have college as well so I don't have time to actually go to the gym. You can do turbo jam at your own home, at your own pace, during your free time. It's fun, easy, and it does burn those calories off. Try it and you will not regret anything.

I lost about 4 inches on my waist and I only started this work-out in the middle of January. As for pounds? I'm not really wanting to lose any, I just want to tone my body. But like I said, this work-out is great! TRY IT NOW!
