Dieters sick of the simple iceberg and low-fat-dressing salad will be delighted by this delicious unique and healthy salad that boasts some of the healthiest foods in the supermarket. Following this simple recipe will produce an impressive and satisfying meal or snack for any health-conscious individual.

Ingredients:

1 Ripe Avocado- Diced
1 Cup Seedless Cucumber- Diced
¼ Cup Bleu or Feta Cheese
2 oz. Sliced Deli Turkey or Chicken
½ Cup Halved Grape Tomatoes
¼ Cup T. Marzetti's Spinach Salad Dressing
¼ Cup Sweet Onion- Diced
¼ Tsp Kosher Salt
¼ Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Pitting your avocado

Pitting the avocado is easily done. Simply cut into the center of the avocado long ways (top to bottom) with a large knife until knife hits pit. "Roll" avocado 360° until the avocado is sliced in half. Pull halves slightly to separate. Now, carefully plunge the knife into the center of the pit. Twist and pull and the knife will come completely out.

Simply combine all fresh ingredients together and stir thoroughly. Enjoy salad immediately, or chill for up to 12 hours. This delicious recipe should help save weary dieters with its full flavor and satisfying ingredients.
