Ingredients
Serves 4
2 cups Turkey, cut up
1 cup Corn kernels
8 ounces Sliced mushrooms
1/2 stick Butter
1/3 cup Flour
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 qt Chicken or Turkey Stock
2 cups Milk (whole is best)
1 cup Peas
Directions for Turkey, Corn and Mushroom Chowder

Melt butter in pan and add turkey, mushrooms, corn and peas and cook on medium heat until mushrooms are tender.2
Add flour and stir until thick.3
Add broth all at once and stir.4
Add all spices.5
Increase heat until boiling.6
Add milk and reduce heat. Stir and allow to thicken.7
