Turkey and Dressing Cups

Candus
Holidays are a time for entertaining. Many of us are busy working and then attending or throwing parties during the holidays. I have a recipe that is not only great tasting but also originally prepared. You can prepare these several hours in advance then pop them in the oven when your guest arrive, and serve hot.

Ingredient's you'll need.

24 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Style Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

1 Tablespoon of finely chopped onion

2 cups of prepared Stove Top Stuffing ( salt and pepper to taste)

1/2 cup cooked pork sausage ( Jimmy dean or any brand you prefer)

1 Tablespoon of sage

1/2 cup of jelled cranberry sauce

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare stuffing mix. Cook sausage then drain and set aside. Mix in onion, cheese, sage, and cooked sausage. Mix well. Use a 24 miniature muffin pan. Place one slice of turkey in each muffin hole. Add your stuffing mix at this time. Place in refrigerator until prepared to bake. Once guest arrive place in preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Place in the middle of the tray the cranberry sauce. For your guest to dab on top of their appetizer's if they choose. Or you can elect to use a fresh sprig of an herb as a garnish. Happy Holiday's.
